Earthworm Farming - Old way to Go Green

Worm farming has been around for years on various scales. While the reasons for worm farming are not widely known, those who participate are big believers in the benefits that these worms have on the environment.

Many worm farmers commercially culture worms for profit. Specific breeds of worms are bred and are typically kept in breed specific quarters. Commercially raised worms are typically sold for composting. Some worm farmers distribute to landfills providing a natural method for composting waste.

One Thousand Taka Note yet to Introduce by Bangladesh Bank 

Bangladesh Bank Yet To Introduce The One Thousand Taka Note in Bangladesh Currency Market

Bangladesh Bank, The Central Bank of Bangladesh is going to introduce new currency of One Thousand Taka Note. 

"There is progress in issuing notes of One Thousand Denomination Taka from October," Governor of Bangladesh Bank Salehuddin Ahmed told reporters on a briefing. 

One Thousand Taka Note will release on this year 2008 aiming in market to carry large amount of cash currency. 

A officials of Bangladesh Bank said "We are introducing notes of One Thousand Taka denomination from October aiming to help carrying large amount of money ease."

Currently Bangladesh has One, Two, Five, Ten, Twenty, Fifty, One Hundred and Five Hundred Taka denominated notes in market. 

Apart from above denomination paper note, there is 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, One, Two and Five Taka Coins available in Market. 

After getting Independents in 1971, the taka became Bangladesh's currency in 1972. The word "taka" is derived from the Sanskrit tanka which was an ancient denomination of silver coin.

Though Bangladesh Bank yet to release One Thousand Taka Note, there is no official circular from Bank has been released yet.
