Bauani's SPAM Block list is a list of IP address/IP Block/Domain/Email Address/User Name that Bauani has decided to BLOCK receiving email from. Many other such lists are available, see SpamCop.Net for a nice large list of them.
Bauani's Block List is maintained by Bauani's hImself. Bauani Think that this list should be publicly available. Use for any purpouse should be done at your own risk, And Bauani IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USE BY ANYONE BUT HIMSELF.
Listings are mostly based on spam received at bauani.org and selected other addresses. I have some email address published in some popular URL. This email address hasn't been used anywhere other then those place. So if any of this address gets any email from anywhere, this MUST be SPAM. I call this system as "SPAM Trap".
In general, an entire netblock is added rather than just a single IP or customer of a larger ISP. (For example, if hugeisp has a /16 that they allocate a single /24 to spamcustomer, the /16 will be listed rather than just the /24.) An entire ISP may be added if they show a pattern of rejecting valid spam complaints for invalid reasons.
